Service Description
Male clients are only able to book this service if referred by a current client or have received this service from Zen Skn before. Failure to provide an accurate referral name will result in cancellation of this appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel an appointment for any reason within 72 hours or more before the appointment and receive a refunded deposit within 3-5 business days (minus transaction fee). If cancelling within 48 hours of scheduled service, the deposit will not be refunded but may be used towards a future appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged half the total service fee (not including deposit amount). No call/ No Shows will be charged the full service fee amount (not including the deposit).
